ENDORSE Fact-finding mission – Northern Uganda, 18th-28th July 2016

From 18th to the 28th July 2016, ENDORSE Project team will conduct a fact finding mission in the Northern Uganda region with the support of Lacor Hospital (Guru) in collaboration with a number of partner Associate Hospitals or the region.

Prof. Maria Rita Gismondo, Ms. Giovanna Fotia and Mr. Davide Mileto, representing the University of Milan, together with Dr. Maria Vittoria Cossu, from ASST Fatebenefratelli Sacco will travel to the Northern Uganda region to join Dr. Emmanuel Ochola, from St. Mary’s Lacor Hospital. Together, they will travel around the districts of the Region to meet with our partner Associate Hospitals.

The mission represents a key milestone for ENDORSE, as it will not only allow the in presence meeting between Consortium experts and local partners through the visit of Associate Hospitals facilities, but also the distribution and collection of the Training Needs Assessment Questionnaires, the ultimate tool for the assessment of the local training needs and the development of the corresponding training activities.
